I found a great way to spend summer weekends last year and it's helped me make it to the start of the UM football season. I volunteer at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course as a race official in flagging and communications. I highly recommend it to anyone with interests in racing and a need for an adrenaline rush. Nothing quite like 110mph cars going past you 10 feet away. Yeah, buddy. Go find a local track and ask how to be one of those nuts out there with the cars.
