Maybe they shouldn't have scheduled their spring game weekend on a Friday the 13th. Major storm is predicted including severe tornado warnings. Recruits are already cancelling their plans. Laquon Treadwill, a top WR from IL has cancelled, and I won't be disapponited if Cole Luke (CB) from Arizona decides to stay home. I really want DT Manning to be a Horn, but OU is probably in the lead for him. I am not sad that OU's spring game may lose a battle to mother nature. However, I do hope everyone is safe and best to "re-schedule" if the weather reports continue as forecasted.

Fedora would have been a much better hire for Ags than Sumlin IMO. Everyone says Sumlin is a great guy and super nice, but let’s face it, being nice is not going to win game in the $EC.

He has SEC experience as well, as offensive coordinator at Florida under Ron Zook. Fedora went 33-19 in four years at Southern Mississippi. The school has qualified for a bowl game every year he’s been in charge.

So, aggies pass on a former OC from Florida who has been recruiting in the SEC territory at So. Miss. while still having ties to the state of Texas.

Our possible new conference mates are playing a couple of good games tonight, so let's wish them luck. Louisville plays Rutgers, and while they have a few losses they did beat that $EC powerhouse Kentucky at Lexington. Plus, Louisville's losses have all been very close games.

WVu plays at Syracuse. I suspect a little bit of a grudge from the Mountaineers toward the turn coats.....so let's hope mad scientist Holgerson has some special plays lined up.

Screw Mizzou. They all laughed at me when I said that Louisville and WVu are more exciting teams, but I'm going to stick with what I said....these should be good games. Pinkel vs. Holgerson--I'm taking Holgerson for more excitement on and OFF the fiield. Good luck to Louisville and WVu.
