Who do you know that was the MVP of the state in 2 sports in high school, Won a BCS National Championship, Won a College World Series, Won Most Outstanding Player in 1 of them (In Jared's case, latter), Get's drafted in the FIRST ROUND of the MLB Draft? And to top all of that off...He's a hell of Human Being. He's a very nice guy, his grades have never slipped since he's been in school (any school). While taking a step back and just observing this unique person, it makes me wonder..."What's Next?"

My question is do we we have any chance at all at signing 1 of the big free agents in 2010. From a "Having Fun While Winning" standpoint, there's no other player in the league that i would rather play alongside than Chris Paul. So I definitely think he's a huge attraction, but my question is geared more towards the financial aspects of the idea? I really would like some feed back on this, and the only reason why I am even saying this is because it's telling me that I need to have 75 words.

At the beginning of the off-season, I was all for getting rid of Deuce McAllister because clearly he wasn't the same Deuce and then I watched this. Ever since the rumors of the Saints being interested in a RB in the 1st round began to surface, I started thinking: A shiny, new RB would be just that, shiny, new, and full of expectations.

However, Deuce knows he's getting old and his carries, of course, would be limited, and that's exactly what we need, right? Well I believe so. I am a big fan of Pierre Thomas and I do believe he can and should be the feature back, but this is a copy cat league and if we are looking for the element of "earth" as a part of a cliched trio, then why not Deuce? If someone asked me that question, my answer would be, "Because I know he's going to get hurt again," but doesn't every running back? You're almost guaranteed to get injured as an NFL RB. For the first time in a while, Deuce played a full season and it seemed as though last season was apart of his knee's rehabilitation as he had a very limited role. So this year Deuce can MAYBE show flashes of the old Deuce again and I'm stating this right here and right now: I DON'T WANT ANOTHER RB, I WANT DEUCE.
