Although I have commented a lot.. .usually through pics and animated gifs (I'm an artist... it's what I do), this is my first, actual post here on McC... I've really enjoyed the cathartic experience of sharing these playoffs with you all... I've loved the writing... from the long pieces to the quick quips... from the well-thought out posts to the single word "FUCK!"s...
I wanted to do something for the awesome folks here... even if it was only a little gif... more below...

Well... actually a jpeg... but why quibble.
Congrats to the City of Chicago on your well-earned, shiny Stanley Cup! (although you must give it to the San Jose Sharks next year. ...but, again... why quibble?) Congrats to the excellent folks in this forum who tolerated me for the duration of these playoffs. Although I guess I must have been some sort of good luck charm, since I wasn't around for your SCF losses... (I'm sure that Toews has put the Conn Smythe in the mail as we speak...)
