With LaDainian Tomlinson's departure already set in stone and everyone's attention on who's going to fill the spot, i can't help but ask what about our defense?  Yes, we improved weekly and found ways to adapt to the run but make no mistake about it Jamal Wiliams presence was missed last season and if we ever want to have a top tier defence we're going to have to fix the Nose Tackle position. I've heard stories about Williams contemplating retirement and the if we were to take him back we'd owe him close to 5 MILLION?! I don't think thats a smart investment and it doesn't look like we have anyone ready to play there.... Vaughn Martin is coming along nicely but he looks more like an End by the way he plays and Travis Johnson is great in rotation be he's not a starter.....San Diego
