I'm Zebulun Benbrook, manager of Welcome to Loud City since 2009. I do a lot of the feature articles around here, along with some news, previews, recaps, and et cetera. My work has been featured on Sports Illustrated Online, Yahoo! Sports' Ball Don't Lie, Dime Magazine, Bballbreakdown, Sheridan Hoops, and several other basketball-related blogs.

In addition to my work here at WTLC, I'm also a weekly contributor to The Lost Ogle, regularly guest star on the Phil Naessens Show, and produce a weekly YouTube show breaking down Thunder games.

You might also know me from my cheering at Thunder games. I'm the long-haired guy who jumps up and down behind the basket while wearing foam fingers on his hands. In the first two seasons of the Thunder's existence, I was featured as one of "Love's Ultimate Thunder Fans", which got me a free trip to Boston and was an awesome experience. If you ever see me at a game (or on the street) feel free to come say hi!

I've also been a long time commenter on Golden State of Mind. The Warriors were my first basketball love, and they will always remain my favourite team. Some may call me a traitor, but I think cheering for the Thunder the other 78 games of the season and writing tirelessly about them year round clears me of that title.

I have lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma my entire life, and call the place home. I love to travel and will go to great lengths to see basketball in strange places, but, in my opinion, no place is as great as the OKC.

Outside of basketball, I love to play any competitive sport or video game, even if I'm the worst guy in the room. In my spare time, I make movies, play trivia, watch obscure documentaries, crave adventure, and eat tons of Pizza/Taco Bell. In all honesty, I'm interested in just about anything, and I pride myself in being able to have a conversation with any open-minded person.

My mission for this blog is to be as informative, entertaining, and real as possible. I might come off as pretentious or a "know-it-all", but I'm one of the most down to earth people you'll ever meet. If you have a different opinion, I totally appreciate it and welcome it.

You can contact me any time via my email address, TaoNakamora@gmail.com. Criticism, Comments, Questions, or Ideas for Collaboration are all welcome.

That's it for now. I hope you enjoy Welcome to Loud City, and Go Thunder! (And Warriors!)

Thunder seek to control series with Grizzlies

There's no way KD plays as badly as he did in Game 4, but there's no way Mike Conley does either. And isn't ZBo due for a breakout game? Questions abound.

The Thunder face a titanic test of grumbling Grizz

Can Scott Brooks make the adjustments needed? Will our interior D hold strong? Can we stop their point guards? Is this our year?

Thunder sit Russ, lose to Mavs 128-119 in OT

Sitting Russell Westbrook is like having to put a kid in time out. It sucks and you have to do it, but you look ten times worse if you go back on your decision too early.
