I'm just an avid baseball fan/geek.
I started checking out Lookout Landing after it was suggested to me on a Myspace Mariners' group (thanks Phildopip!).

Summer League Baseball
The Arlington Aces summer baseball league (21+) just started back up for it's second season. Players needed. We had enough for four teams last season.
Last year was fun (only two major injuries and one fight). The only commitments needed are $75.00 and being able to get up to Arlington by 5:30 pm on Wednesdays.
Skills aren't necessary as we had guys who hadn't played since middle school mixing it up with former college ballers and guys as young as 21 being taken yard by guys up in their 40's.
Bring your curve balls and probably some ice-packs.
Nintendo Fan Network.
I am very interested in finally trying out the Nintendo Fan Network at Safeco Field. Has anyone tried out this service?
For those that don't know this is what it offers,
"Nintendo Fan Network makes Mariners games more fun, interactive, and convenient. Track stats for each player and team, listen to ESPN Radio's live broadcast & watch live video, or track each and every pitch. Take part in stadium-wide trivia and games, or order food and beverages directly to your seat. No matter what you enjoy most about Mariners games at Safeco Field, Nintendo Fan Network has something for you!"
I know I'll look like a baseball noob using a video game system at the ball park but I think it looks really cool.
Any feedback or advice would be great before I bring my precious DS to the stadium.
OMG! Former 2001 Mariner admits PED use
Ed Sprague admits PED use in this article on ESPN.com.
Of course, not many fans will care since he barely played for the Mariners.
I doubt any of the local newspapers will mention anything since they don't want to tarnish such a historical/legendary team.
I don't remember Ed Sprague very much other then I had a bunch of baseball cards of him and didn't like him on my teams in Griffey Baseball on the N64.
