2012 Rookie Rankings
These guys ranked all the rookies with respect to how much of an impact they'll have according to many simulations. It's free to sign up/read. Here are the Eagles' rankings:
19: Vinny Curry
25: Mychal Kendricks
28: Fletcher Cox
53: Brandon Boykin
126: Marvin McNutt
138: Bryce Brown
149: Brandon Washington
209: Dennis Kelly
214: Nick Foles
I don't know what Polk would have gotten had he been drafted but these guys were pretty high on him. You can check out their other simulations too.

Building the 53-Man Roster: Part 2(!) of 53
So I figured that with everyone and their mother coming to BGN and posting their ideas for a 53-man roster, I would go ahead and post mine.
Well, kinda.

Bill Conlin Resigns Over Possible Child Molestation Allegations
h/t JimmyK at BGN. Figured this was just as relevant to Phillies fans so I posted it here.
SackSEER 2011
I don't know if this ever made its rounds around here, but here it is. You can interpret these projections however you'd like. The big reason why I'm posting this, though is for the last segment of the article, about a first-year sleeper who's already on the Eagles' roster. Food for thought?
Don't forget.
You know what to do. Vote Vick.
Rec this as well.
How to Post Images
c/o Lookout Landing (the Mariners SB Nation site.) Read it.
Because I'm sick and tired of slow loading times from big-ass pictures. Rec so everyone gets the message.
Report: Phillies Contact Cliff Lee
One of seven teams who reached out to him, along w/ Yankees, Rangers, Nats, Brewers, Cubs, and Angels.
Hey, remember this?

Madden 11 Ratings - Philadelphia Eagles
Here they are for your amusement. Or bemusement. However you feel...
Anyone too high? Too low? Don't really care? Sound off below.
From E3: Madden 11 top speed and overall player ratings at each position (text form at http://www.operationsports.com/newspost.php?id=421289). Make of them what you will.
On a related note, my playcalling will likely consist of many vertical routes to DeSean Jackson.

Lito Sheppard Signs with Minnesota
Intriguing low-risk signing, although it's gonna be hard for him to make an impact there as the CB spots are crowded in Minny.
Another reason I feel sorry for Jason Campbell
They didn't have the decency to tell the guy they were replacing?
And people think this team is a co-favorite to win the NFC East?
BREAKING NEWS : Eagles Acquire 1st Overall Choice for McNabb in Three-Team Deal
Absolutely terrific move by the Eagles! Big winners here.
;)
If I'm donovan Mc nabb ill wait to the un loyal ass eagles trade me then ill retire the time they sign them papers! And go on vacation YUUP!
http://twitter.com/ddockett/status/11268177649 - Darnell Dockett offers his two cents on 5. Call him an expoit.
Lee disappointed Phillies preferred Halladay
So clearly Phillies/Jays/M's fans weren't the only people surprised by the deal.
It was interesting that Lee made it clear that he WANTED to sign a long-term deal in Philly and that he "expected to send the rest of his career [here]."
Oh well. He should be fine in Seattle (as should Halladay here!) Best of luck to him.
