Does anyone else think this would be a good time to try and get something for this very inconsistant pitcher?

I do...I think they need to get something for him while they can and try to free up a spot for the future phenom KYLE GIBSON.  He is coming off a no-hitter against the Chicago White Sox and a near no-hitter against the Texas Rangers in his last start and I just dont see why we couldnt get a high end prospect for him.

He could be a really good pitcher if he can get his head straight but will that ever happen?  Nobody knows.  I just dont see him with the Twins next season for the kind of arbitration deal he will command and definitly hope they dont offer him a long term contract because there are a number of ways to spend that money more efficiently.

They need to somehow find a way to trade for Brandon Webb who is in the last year of his contract and the Diamondbacks are looking to trade him anyway, trade one of the three perkins/gomez/liriano for JJ Hardy to fill the much needed shortstop vacancy, and finally they need to trade for 2nd baseman Dan Uggla which the Marlins are looking to cut some salary and of course trying to get even younger. Let Pavano go as well as Cabrera which would make their team look like this:
