This game seems as if we will have to come out strong and lower their moral fast and quick which works right with the team we have in place, let the games begin.

I know I am not a NFL OC but after watching the games we have had I feel this will be a good way to set the tone and get their D off track and guessing and also it will be a good start to wearing them down as the game goes on. Now for the next drive.

I would like to start of by saying like all of you that spend hours and hours on this site and more, I LOVE THE CHIEFS. This season has been a wild one, from our love of our draft players, to the many weeks of the season. I just have one question that I would love to hear from the fans about. Open your minds.

Eric berry, SUH, Mcclain. Those were the names put in BOLD text in the beginning of the season and many of us just wanted a savior for our team that has struggled for years. Our prayers were answered with an great draft of core players that have energized our team and got us heading in the right direction. Not to mention our QB play which I myself did not think it would be such a defining fact on our season but has. Matt Cassel to me, my not be a great quarter back but he will lead us over the hill, but that is not the subject under debate.Over dwayne Bowe must have heard my cry because after a couple of games, I wanted to fire him myself, but to my surprise he lit a fire under his self and has taken the role of a leader that this team needs.

Through out the season there has been games that we should have won and games we should have lost. I still do not see the week in and week out commit that I would like to have, but there is tremendous grow that makes me feel confident that every week our team can and will compete. I think that the best part of this season is that there has been only three games this year that have been hard to watch, or at least unbearable to watch instead of all 16. This is what I think has brought all of us chiefs fans back to the forefront and ready to yell at the top of our lungs to support our troops(no pun intended).

NOW, NOW is the time we need faith, we need joy, we need the spirit to carry our chiefs to the playoffs. The belief is in the horizon, and we have the chance to seize it, smell it, and conquer it. Are you ready for that fans? Are you ready for Kansas city to be put on the map? I am and I want to be a part of it. I have dedicated every sunday and one Monday lol to watching and supporting my chiefs. I have lost a baby mama, a X girlfriend and i think my new X girlfriend. But that matter nothing to me when it come to the chiefs.

So in the end if we do not make the playoffs would it be worth it? Will it break our hearts one more time? Will it make you burn your jerseys and swear to wake up at 3 o clock on sundays. Or will you brush you shoulder off one more year and prepare yourself and bank account for the years to come? Because in the coming years you would be the outcast in your group because you were not at every CHIEFS GAME.

Arrowhead pride I miss you all and after countless months of no internet, I drove to my families house to use the computer because this season has made me a stronger fan then in most years, but has also tested my heart. I hope you all welcome me back HEAR WE GO. After watching the start of this season, that is every game and every minute of everyone, I have had mixed feelings about what is going on with our team. I see good things and bad things let me break it down starting with the offense. Our running game is crazy good, I never thought we would have a better tandum then larry and priest just to be honest. But we do and I know without a doubt every game we will be ready to run.

As far as the passing game I wanted to hang( no pun intended) cassel and Bowe after the first games but now I believe the coaches and players have showned me what they can do. But we need them against every team I feel like we got them together but forgot the importance of D.

As far as the D is concerned I am not ready to give up on eric berry just yet he was without lewis and mcgraw is good but lewis just brings a new spark like the rest of our rookies. the only problem I have with the rookies is that I dont think that jahevir (SP?) is not read to handle NFL quality slot receivers and I think flowers should follow the 1st receiver anywhere on the field as another point.

As far as the penalty on him nuff said i also broke my tv that was a sad moment in NFL history.Like i said i havent be able to responed to things said of AP but i always can read on my phone everyday ten times a day and I appreciated all of yall . Really the core of AP and their contributors and I was once until now but life goes on just like our season GO CHIEFS!!!!!

Now me a person, that loves to play and watch sports. I tend to stay in somewhat good shape. At least to the point of when im asked by friends to play a game, i do not pass of from the work-out. We hear of a lot of good players that are broken down because of there work ethic in camp or through out the season. Yes, its the players job to keep their selves motivated to work hard and get better and they should want to hit their highest level of play. 

Going back to my situation, I am always ready and willing to hit the gym or play ball if there is someone there with me to do these things. Now do not get me wrong if I got paid the money these guys do, I would run a mile for who ever, when ever, but do you think that that coaches and staff play a huge role in making sure these guys are on track( something like a high school counselor). 

These players that I see losing focus and becoming one of their own, are in my eyes players without direction. We all know its hard to "teach an old dog new tricks", but it is very odd to me this is happening in such a hugh quantity around the league. What every happen to the coaches getting one on ones with there players and making sure home and work are OK?Is it that players move around so much that the value of player, coach relationships are strained.

I see our coaching staff as being different, not because i know them or live next door, just because of how they push the players to be their best at all times. I do agree this does not work for every player(and it does not work for them because they do not want it to in my opinion), but the coaches just do not do this for their selves they do it for the players. It is the players who do not get to see their families as much as they want. The players who training day in and day out and might not to be able to eat the good and greasy foods we might . It is the players who get cut if they under perform and its the players we rejoice for at the super bowl trophy presentation. So where does the responsibility of our players really lye.

This offseason, the Chiefs have made what I feel are good accomplishments.

Through the free agency we have picked up a couple of guys that I know will start and play a big role on our team, and there is still the draft that will also help our team gain steam.

But all in all I still feel there is more to be done in free agency and through trades before the draft. I myself do not know what actions that need to take place, but I have a gut feel that there is more to be done. I do not want to sound like a critic but from what i've seen throughout the last three to four years of play, our team needs a serious boost. My only focus of this season would be make all straight defensive moves if i was the GM, because I feel that if we stack our defense and we still lose at a high rate next year, then we all no what the problem is(at quarterback).

But on a good note that means we can look good in the future.

Commish Goodell, has handed out many, many punishments to players of the NFL. Some harsher than others and to some nothing at all. Why is this, when he was brought to the NFL he was said to be the person that was going to cut down on all of the things players were doing and getting away with(the backbone). But from what i've seen has picked the wrong spots to strike. Heres my research on the subject.

Jared Allen gets two DUIs in a year, and his sentence is arbitrarily reduced from (four games to two.)

Jared Allen could have been Donte Stallworth who kiiled a man driving drunk and got less than a month in jail and only suspend from the NFl for a year (what?)

Brandon marshall with all of his driving under the influence charges and involvement with murders. (He receives a three game suspension.)

Plaxico Burress- shot himself in the legs and got suspended indefinitely to go with a 2 year jail sentence

Shawne marriman and Ben Roethlisberger - both have had run-ins with the law for problems with women saying no. And yet they both receive no punishment of yet.

Larry Johnson has been arrested four times since 2003 on various assault chargers against women(No punishment from the NFl)

On August 17,209, Cable was accused of punching assistant coach Randy Hanson in the face and fracturing his jaw at training camp, (there was no punishment given by the NFL)

Bill Belichick was caught cheating in NFL games (On NFL GAMES) and received a 500,000 dollar fine, which is nothing him. If a ref threw a game he would be prosecuted.

So as you can see, things are not right around the NFL, the so called hard punishment rules are not being put in place for all things of a serious nature. I personally don't approve because I have a mother a sister and thank god not a daughter, for a NFL player to be able to do something to her and go back to work the next day. If it was one of us, we would be in jail and the bond would be too high for us to pay.
