Bama graces Lunardi's first prediction for 2012 basketball tourney
He has us as a 5-seed and fellow SEC-West team Arkansas as a 10-seed. Also all of the usual suspects from the SEC East (Vandy, Kentucky, Florida).

Depending on what the Tide do the rest of the way, they could very well earn themselves a way into the NCAA tournament on the strength of their conference performance alone.
We've got another huge game coming up on Thursday at Vanderbilt.
And Alabama -- yes, Alabama -- is now very much in the at-large discussion thanks to the Tide's SEC-best 6-1 conference record.
I, for one, am shocked.
Alabama goes on the road against Tennessee and Vanderbilt in tough environments this week, but if Grant's group can find a way to pull off one upset, they sit on the precipice of a potential shocking regular season title.
