I was scoping out nfl.com as usual and came across this article which made me think of the new and forming rivalries of today . The article talks of rivalries of yesterdays past and how they should live again. As a fan of the game I agree these classic rivalries would be great to see once more but if their dead their dead. I would love it if national media would allow the rivalries of today to present themselves naturally. The ROTB survey just recently conducted asked for additional thoughts to end the survey. I just voted 80 on the Cardinals Fan Confidence Poll and I couldn't take it any longer. It is worthless. The numbers that run along the bottom I think are dates but their almost invisible so I'm not quite sure. The blue line that represents the confidence level per poll is a poor idea as you basically guess as to what number it's on. I've thought about this many times but have yet to mention until now ... It needs an upgrade badly. The poll reminds me of the old Cardinals that fielded teams that would go out on Sundays and that was about it. Please upgrade the poll because as of now it might as well not even show up.

I don't know how to put it to you but I made a petition for getting the fucking labor agreement in place. Fucking - I know horrible but necessary in this case. It is time for the the two sides to get shit done. We as fans, no matter the team, deserve better and the assurance of a 2011 season. Work it out or we, the fans, are going to boycott the sales of hats, jerseys, cards, etc. because we deserve better.

With the 2010 season just 5 days away the Cardinals made their cuts to get down to the magic number of 53 but will it be the week 1 roster? As of now the team is carrying only three OLB's in Will Davis, Clark Haggans and Joey Porter - I think most would agree depth at the position needs to be addressed. With that being said what do you think the Cardinals will do? Are there any position based concerns you have whether it's a starter or the depth? In my opinion the roster looks good but needs a few tweaks and then the Cardinals will be ready for battle. It's almost game time gentlemen... so smile!

I have been wanting to do this for some time now but just recently have decided I would do this so as to give insight into our Cardinals where I can. I just finished watching the first half of game one versus the '9er's and already I have plenty of things to relay. I just want to say I am watching each play several times over especially when there are penalty flags thrown and I will give a run down of each game as I watch and dissect each. I had plans to do a Leinart piece and a '9er's as favorites piece but I think I may be beating a corpse that is already battered. To finish off what I have started, I am meticulously documenting each and every missed assignment and blown call I see. To pass the time between now and the beginning of the 2010 campaign I thought I'd give a breakdown of each game as I see it. I hope what I give over the next few weeks will give a deeper insight into the team we love - the Arizona Cardinals! A Three peat division champs is in order as is a sweep of the '9er's!

I just stopped by the official Arizona Cardinals web site and I noticed they have a new intro page featuring A-dub in three separate pictures. Well, as I'm sure you know as of just earlier today the draft intro page featured a banner saying "Special announcement for the 2010 upcoming season" and was to be announced on draft day. Anyway, when looking at the three pictures the first thing I noticed was that two had jerseys and one didn't. So, that with the words below the pictures of then, now, and next? the next? one without a jersey made me think alternate jersey. Well that's my take. Just thought I'd share. Thoughts?

Well... I am closely watching all the updates and it's very nerve racking as to what's going to happen with Antrel Rolle. Not to mention several others like Karlos Dansby and Neil Rackers. I hope the Cards make a play soon on David Carr as I have read he's of interest to multiple teams. Let's hope for some great news from the AZ Cards camp. What free agents are your most highly prized possibilities to play in an Arizona Cardinals uniform come 2010?
