I grew up in Delaware where fans were evenly divided between Philadelphia and Baltimore teams, so I learned early about rivalries. For some reason I chose Philly and followed stars such as Carlton, Schmidt, Jaworski, Bergey, Dr. J, Clarke, etc. In 1979 I moved to Conifer and immediately converted to all teams Denver. I was lucky enough to follow Elway’s down and up career, despite our rosy hindsight he was not perfect. His superbowl record is still 2-3. I realize this is heresy but I believe it was Terrell Davis and the OL as much as Elway that led to our SB wins. I was also in the crowd at Mile High for the Rockies debut season. In 1998 I moved to Arizona, but never gave up my Colorado loyalties. Go Rox, Broncos, Nuggets, Avs!

John Clayton Rocks!

I don't think I'll ever be able to look at John Clayton again without feeling both a deep sense of affection and the desire to crank up Reign In Blood to 11.
