let's hope that he can actually find some at-bats while he's up here this time.  i'll be honest, i'm kind of happy to see the kid back up, however weird it seems to me to shorten our infield depth at the moment.

on the other side of it, Brown goes back to AAA after collecting his first major league hit, with a 2-run double in the bottom of the 9th to make up for last nights game.

After beating the Detroit Tigers 4-3, the Angels optioned infielders Sean Rodriguez and Kendry Morales to Triple-A Salt Lake, and recalled relievers Jose Arredondo and Rich Thompson.

Arredondo finally gets his shot, hopefully he keeps his head together, and possibly shows something.
