Crimson And Cream Machine Is the Big 12 worth expanding back to 12 teams?

Now that the Fox contract is behind us for the secondary rights, and negotiations are under way for the third tier rights, the B12 should see a substantial increase in revenues starting in 2012.  The Fox contract should pay $60M in 2012 and increase by $5M a year until it reaches $120M in 2025. That would average $90M over the 13 years. There will be additional money coming to everyone from the sale of the third tier rights. Texas, in conjunction with ESPN will start a third tier network and Oklahoma is expected to start their own network too. Then we could/should expect a major increase in revenue again when the ABC contract expires after 2015/16 season. So my questions are as follows:

1) Is this money enough to keep the conference at 10?

2) If it does expand, then who will they offer a place to? Why? (Please leave Arkansas and Notre Dame out)

3) Do we really need a championship game?
