The golf swing is physical. In fact, it is downright brutal on the body if you're not in adequate shape. Even the great Tiger Woods is seeing what it's like to be injured from the golf swing, although we all know, he makes a swing that most mortal golfers could never make, nor should ever attempt to make.

One of the huge advantages in golf is distance, and yet the majority of amateur golfers are not currently happy with their distance. Why is this, knowing that technology has definitely advanced?

In my humble opinion, the ONLY missing link is golf-specific conditioning to not only prepare your body for 18 holes of potential damage to your body, but to enable you to reach your true potential. Isn't that what we're all shooting for? To be able to walk off the 18th green with a smile on our face and a sense of satisfaction you did well that day?

Well...you have a New Year coming up, so why not take a "new" approach to your golf improvement, and get to the root cause of your swing faults and distance issues?

Diagnosing your personal physical limitations is the "first step" in putting together your golf swing training program. That way you avoid wasted time and effort, and get right at the important issues that will greatly enhance not only your power and distance, but overall performance.

I am not a believer in a golfer needing to become a gym rat to improve distance and performance. In fact, I know without a doubt you can do very simple, yet effective "in-home" golf swing exercises, stretches and programs that only take a few minutes a day, and yet see amazing results.

These simple golf swing training drills (exercises) are actually fun, and the benefit from them is nearly instant the next time you get on the course and play.

You will quickly add years of enjoyment to your game, and maybe save your marriage at the same time :)

'09 is going to be YOUR year! Take action daily and the sky is the limit!
