Blazer's Edge Quasi-One, Quasi-Poo

We either Run with Roy at the 1 and find a 2 or let Bayless penetrate, dish or finish.

Blake isn't talking us anywhere and sergio is a great back up point.

We won tonight without Blake outside.

Bayless will hit the open 3 as well as, when given the opportunity.

Roy can't keep playing like this.  He needs a role. He can't keep playing 1of two positions every possession.  We need a PG that can create some offense off the dribble.  Roy is still growing into his role.  Being Mr. Everything is not it. It is being MR. Clutch.  The team needs to ease his burden. I believe if the direction is to let him take the 1 and believe in Rudy or find a legit 2, Roy would be like Magic Johnson. I also believe in him as the 2. If so,  we really need someone that can take a defender off the dribble, draw a double and let greg or LMA have an easy basket.

I fantasize about our 2010 starting five as Bayless, ROY, LMA, Batum, GO.

Roy in 2010,  PG or SG?

Blazer's Edge rockets on thursday and thaughts on the Spurs.

I am going to see the Blazers for the first time this year.  The Rockets on thursday.  I am disapointed that we are not going to see Oden on the blocks with Yao but it will still be great fun.  I hope they can put together a team effort like they did against the Spurs. A good effort until then end with Fernandez putting up quick shots.  They need to finish games, not barely hang on for the W.  Not sure how a game like that helps your confidence?
