For those of you who didn't know, Oriene was playing for a basketball team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Holland - where I live!!).

Amsterdam just became the champions of Holland  after a best of 7 playoff serie - however did so without the services of Oriene since the 4th game. It seems he tested positive for Cannabis use (smoking pot) and was suspended from playing in the league - and fired from his team.

He is on his way back to USA.

For those of you who didn't know it, Marijuana is pretty much legal in Holland - you can walk into places called coffee shops and buy it, so i can imagine the temptation was great. He was playing pretty good, which might not say much for the Dutch level of competition...

Looking for a backup point guard - anyone?
