I've been thinking about Horner over the past few days. This picture from my iflip shows Horner climbing Sierra road during his stage win in the Tour of California. Mad respect to see him climb in the large chainring. (Blurry in this upload but clear in original image.)

i dismissed the whole concept as internet fodder. but the UCI is taking it seriously. do they have more knowledge/information or is the move purely reactionary?
