Buffalo Rumblings Matt Flynn

Happy Saturday!

I do like Matt Flynn, but I don't have much interest in our Bills pursuing him nor will they. However, I am curious at how much people believe he will receive on the open market. After his MONSTER game againt the Lions, it's inevitable he'll get paid.

I would not be surprised if he signed a $70-$80 million dollar contract.

Any thoughts on his potential contract?

Buffalo Rumblings The Trent Williams Hypothesis

Happy St. Patrick's Day fellow Rumblers!

This is my first ever post, but I have been a reader of this site for well over a year.  Keep up the great work work everybody.  Any who, here it goes...

We are all well aware of our beloved Bill's deficiencies and the many avenues that could be explored with our day 1 and day 2 picks.   With a thought on the offensive line, below is what I have creatively dubbed The Trent Williams Hypothesis.

If the Bills draft Trent Williams with our #9 pick, I believe there is a huge chance the Bills will trade up or draft Tebow in the second round.  I'm not stating I would love or hate the idea, just stating that if Trent Williams is the #9 pick, then I believe there is a huge chance Tebow will be our next pick.  Prior to the 2009 college football season, we were all well aware Trent Williams was an excellent right tackle.  Although he struggled a bit at left tackle this past season, he still had a very good season and is regarded as a top left tackle in this years draft.   The idea of drafting Trent Williams and Tebow,  would be to move (or eventually move) Williams back to his more natural or more familiar right tackle position to protect Tebow's blindside.

That's it... my thoughts.   I'm not trying to ignite another ridiculous Tebow debate, just wanted to write down a realistic thought of how the draft could turnout.

Any thoughts, ideas or criticism is cool by me.

Thanks again for reading,

Erin Go Bragh!
