The Thorpe award might still be at Eric Berry's house, but we all know it has Earl Thomas' name on it. Way to go, Earl!

Shots Fired at The University of Texas
Please keep the rest of our extended UT family in your thoughts and prayers.
ESPN had a Running Blog of Today's UA All-American Practice
Here are a couple interesting blurbs:
Darius White is the most physically-developed of the WRs, while Mike Davis is showing off his precise route running ability. Justin Hunter could be the best pure athlete of the bunch and has already made a few highlight-reel catches.
Walsh on display
10:58 a.m. ET -- Coach John Walsh's son, Class of 2011 ESPNU 150 Watch List QB J.W. Walsh, is throwing passes to the receivers, flashing the ability that has already made him one of Texas' top junior prospects.
Bible, Hubbard showing off
11:10 a.m. ET -- Black team defensive lineman are working on first-step get-off drills. Texas commit Taylor Bible is the quickest of the defensive tackles and all the defensive ends look quick. Adrian Hubbard's quickness has been really impressive and he's fighting with his hands well.
Benson, Hicks good in coverage
11:27 a.m. ET -- Linebackers Aaron Benson and Jordan Hicks look impressive in pass coverage. Benson had a few nice pass breakups, while Hicks has shown the ability to open up his hips and recover nicely.
Best of the best
12:05 p.m. ET -- Receivers Justin Hunter (LSU) and Mike Davis (Texas) continue to be the best route runners.
Dorsey forces fumble
1:14 p.m. ET -- Ashton Dorsey just won a one-on-one pass rush and forced a fumble on Devin Gardner, who carries the ball a little low during his drop.
Orakpo Among 3 Former Horns Invited to Pro Bowl
Casey Hampton and Leonard Davis will also be representing Texas. Cedric Benson comes up short despite an excellent comeback year. That injury probably hurt him quite a bit.
Lord Tebow Leads SI.com's All-Decade Team
Derrick Johnson is the lone Texas selection.
McCoy, Shipley and Thomas Earn First Team All-Conference Selections
Even with the best defense in the conference, Texas only has one first team selection. Nebraska's defense was represented by four players. I think you'll see a little extra motivation on Saturday night.
