Please Rams come back home where you belong
My wish list is for the Rams to not win another game, have attendance low and then Stan Kroenke move the Rams back home to LA. I am sorry but we have many Hall of Fame players like Jackie Slater, Eric Dickerson, and others whose retired jerseys belong in the new Farmers Field in LA. Then hopefullly the NFL will give you the Cardinals back or allow you to have Jacksonville and you can change the name. Rams broke my heart when the left and the Witch is six feet and under, the Rams belong in LA and hopefully we can have our old uniforms back and get rid of the vegas gold. There is too much history that is lost when the Rams moved and it would be nice to have the rivalry back with the 49ers. I as a former Ram fan does not want a team here where there is no history to LA. I remember Billy Waddy catching a TD in Dallas to beat the Cowboys in a huge playoff road game, Eric Dickerson running over 200 yards in a home play off game vs Dallas. Flipper Anderson silences the NY Giants fans in a playoff game back in New York where Anderson keep running through the tunnel on the TD catch. Come home Rams, please come home. I am sure many Cardinal fans have memories too of the Cardinals like Neli Lomax.
DIE hard Ram fan from 1979-1994
from an Angel fan
First of all, I have great respect for the Red Sox Organaztion. I fell short of my dream of playing in the big leagues, but If I did, I always wanted to be an Angel, or a red Sox, because I love Fenway Park. I visted Fenway in the early 90's and watched two games. Loved being in that stadium, and hope to make another trip.
As for the series, I do not think the Angels hit the ball really well. We just had some timely hits, and had a good inning or two in each game. But, it was not like we hit the cover off the ball. Vladdy, looked awful at the plate, slow swing, cant get around on some pitches and cant not even run the bases.
Three players was possessed to win the series, Tori Hunter, Jared Weaved and John Lackey. As you know, loosing Adenhart, was so draining mentally this year too all fans and players. I thought it was interesting today we were down to our last strike several times. This, where in 1986, I was in 7th grade we were one strike away from the World Series. That broke my heart. I also went to school with Donnie Moore's daughter and was at the house several times. I ended up coaching Donnie Jr. in basetball when he was in high school.
Anyways, I do not want to put down your franchise, it is a great franchise. But, I am so happy, to finally have the Angels beat Boston. Since 1986, I as a fan has been haunted by Boston. I do not think as mentioned we hit the ball great, but Pitching from Lackey and Weaver, Hunter and Aberu was the difference. Also, I thought we had the best club in the majors last year, but lost to the Sox and that hurt.
In closing, I am not a Scoscia fan, I think francona is a very good manager. I can go on and on how Soscia over manages, but I wont. The Sox will rebound and pick up some key free agents, hopefully not Lackey or Figgins, but I see this loss motivating the front office, and you will have a 100 win team next year. As for me, I will sleep very well tonight, but not for long, as I see the Yankees beating us finally, but I hope I am wrong.

delating my account and the Rod Carew petition
very ethical, stand up guy you are Rev, to delate my account, because you do not agree with my opinions. I look forward to calling in and discussing this with you next time your on 830.
As for Rod Carew, I would like to start to petition today for him to be moved up on the All-time Angels top 100 list. My points are as follows.
1. His Jersey is retired by the franchise. while others, Wally Joyner (revhalos man crush) and 15 other players listed before him do not have their jerseys retired by the club. Shoot, even Reggie Jackson should be higher.
2. Rev states that Rod is in the HOF with a twins cap, well, Nolan Ryan does not have an Angel hat on, but hes # 4 on the list.
3. Rod, retired as an Angel and never looked to leave the team. As Wally Joyner, left town for a bigger pay day.
4. Rod played eight years with the Angels, he was on the all-star team 7 of those years. He also hit over 300 6 of those years, and 295 and 280 the last two years.
5. He did it the right way, no HGH, steroids, as Wally Joyner has been linked to enhancement drugs.
6. He led the Angels to two division titles, back then there was only the American League East and American League West, no wild cards.
7. He is in the Darn Hall of Fame!
Now , you may not agree with my post in the past, as we all know Rev does not. But, do not be biased. Rod Carew, is an Angel, a true Angel, who deserves better then # 17 on the top 100 Angels.
Please, sign this petition if you agree with me. As for others who run thsi site, my feelings are not hurt if you do not agree with me, all opinions expressed is greatly appreciated.
