So every announcer on TV kept talking about how Chicago was going to break the noise level for a NHL game. I always thought the Canes at the RBC center held that record but doing some research I'm not convinced. I can't find an OFFICIAL record anywhere. Most articles I've read claim the Sharktank as the loudest but can they prove it?

Game 1 Blackhawks vs. Flyers after looking at those stats I wasn't impressed, and that was not level breaking noise. I read the RBC center hit 128 decibels in game 7 in 2006 but couldn't find that confirmed.

Another article from 2006 include a players poll of the loudest NHL arena. Pens vs. Canes in game 3 last season, noise was brought up again by the Penguins. So who do you think has the loudest NHL arena?

Hey Bubba any way we could get some T-shirts made and the money after paying for the cost go to charity.
