Fear The Sword where are the coaching adjustments?

Shaq coming into the lineup only highlights a major issue that we've had in the last 3 post seasons - coachin adjustments.  Players in the NBA are in and out all the time.  Teams come up with a working strategy against other teams all the time.  But somehow great coaches (such as Phil Jackson) can identify the problems and a strategy to counter or correct them.  I am a Mike Brown fan, however; this scenerio seems to be his weakness.  And for the life of me, I can't understand why he won't take a class on the subject or at least hire someone on his staff who is good at it.  I'm sure the Cavs front office would give him the cash to do it.  22 games in is long enough to integrate the new players and solve some problems on defense.  He better do it quick.  Otherwise, the top tier teams are just going to expoit these issues in the playoffs.

BTW, I've been reading you guys' posts for a while - just decided to chime in today.
