As we see here, karam had half the amount of tries as doege did. if we multiply karam's stats we would see the following.

so how is that better than doege?? look at the damn YPA!!  its 2 MORE DAMN YARDS MORE PER PLAY. it would add to more than 100 more yards for karam if we even up the amount of tries. what kind of stupid conclusion is this.

oh and yes... lets dont forget, karam is two years younger than doege and he evens up with him already.....

I feel offended by this email sent by the student government association. how dumb do they think we are to make us believe a silent treatment is intimidating. we might as well throw in there a little clap after their song.  

" The Silent Treatment is something SGA feels will be a new, intimidating way to get students excited for the game this weekend."

INTIMIDATING WAY TO GET STUDENTS EXCITED FOR THE GAME????????  who in here is giong to be exited to give our rivals nothing but pure silence. we as fans make our own tradition. we create our own identity as red raiders. we are a roudy team. please do not let some dumb administration try to tell you what is tradition and what is not. our tradition is to be somewhat rude to the opposing team when they come in the field... thats what we do.. we do NOT turn our backs... im sorry but if you get exited on turning your back to the opposing team then you should of went to aggieland. this is texas tech we are roudy and we rush fields and steal the goal poles.

i have a must see video for all of you.i want to know who would NOT find this intimidating. it is a very short soccer clip of my team in bolivia where the fans welcome the opposing team and their own team.  i know we cannot bring any sort of explosives to the stadium as we can in bolivia but screaming and booing is the least we can do.

Fellow Red Raiders,

The Student Government Association would like to share a new and exciting tradition to support our school spirit and sportsmanship at football games.  We are calling it “The Silent Treatment!”  The Silent Treatment is something SGA feels will be a new, intimidating way to get students excited for the game this weekend.

As the opposing team runs onto the field and the visiting band plays their fight song, everyone in our stands will go silent. As we all go silent, everyone in the stands will turn to face our Double-T scoreboard and put our guns up.  Not only is this intimidating, but it will also catch the opposing team completely off-guard. Once our players run out, we want our fans to go crazy with school spirit.

We believe this could be extremely effective if everyone participates, but we need students to help us promote this new tradition. Only with your help can this become a reality.  Let’s make it happen Texas Tech!

i just read in scouts.com that TT wants a hopitable hostil environment.....  that makes me miss leach sooo much. why doesn't  he just pay attention to coaching and let fans be what we want to be. if i want to throw a tortilla the size of a football to a longhorn face, then i will! hospitable hostiliy? that sounds welcoming and we do not represent that in our stadium specially against the longhorns. part of texas tech football is making the opponents the least confortable. i am not going to give them the "good game" remark. i will laugh at their face and try to piss of as many longhorns as i can so they remember red raider turf. and i dont care what anyone says about my behavior next week... i am going to bring out my red bolivian neck on saturday.

Im living in south america, and football season is around the corner. I need websites and advice on how to watch football games online. Radio just doesnt work for me i need graphics. I do not mind at all paying or subscribing but i want access to ALL games.  please post links and suggestions for all of us international raider fans. cant believe football season starts in one more week!  how awesome is that!!!

its been a long time since i dont know anything about our quarterbacks. does someone have any information on sticks or potts? how is sheffields injury doing and finally when does summer practice begin? i really have nothing else to say so im just gonna throw in some random thoughts. um actually nothing comes in mind im just fed up with al this conference realignment. there should be no more posts regarding that. i say lets just talk about football and recruits and upcoming season. well i think that makes 75 words
