Right now you're probably thinking, "Maybe TwistNHook is a little too cool." If that's true, you aren't alone, but also, you're an idiot. TwistNHook is the perfect level of cool all the time. Like, for instance, if Twist ever walked into a party and said, "Hey everyone! Let's all do the funky chicken!" you might think "Well, that's not very cool," but, in fact, that was the coolest thing to say at that exact moment. Also, while you were thinking that, all the hot babes started doing the funky chicken and Twist killed your dad for doubting him.

"For three years, Deandre played both offense and defense for us," said Allen. "He hardly ever came out of the game between playing offensive tackle, defensive line and also some special teams. His junior year, I remember looking at some film and thinking that he took occasional plays off on defense, but then you look on the offensive side of the ball and see how he blocked kids and he wasn't taking plays off there so it might've been that he was conserving energy or just tired. I can tell you this; playing one way in college at Cal will solve any of that.

Lynch lends a hand:

Former Cal star running back Marshawn Lynch, now with the Buffalo Bills, gave out 75 gift cards from Toys R Us to students at Sankofa elementary school in Berkeley and another 75 at Maxwell elementary in Oakland as part of his Family First Foundation. He also helped out three especially underprivileged families with a gift certificate to Super Wal-Mart.
