Once the Boozer trade happens, would Deron dare to change his number back to 5? His number was 5 in Illinois and I believe in High School as well. But of course Booz had already taken 5 when he was drafted. He said in an interview last year that he took five, and added 3 to it (the number he was drafted). I guess 5 is still greater than 3. Or maybe 5 is just jinxed now. Interesting thought at least.
