  &lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;I know he isn't the optimal solution, but the latest reports show he wants out of Seattle. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My thought are that he wants out, could use a fresh start, and could only cost a B level prospect. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have to be honest and say that I would be concerned about his recent performance vs. his salary / age, but he could be that &quot;lightning in a bottle&quot; we would need at 3B, and offer a true leadoff hitter, while allowing time for our prospects to develop. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don't think he would do any worse than our current round robin options, and could just need a change of scenery. &lt;/p&gt;
