Not sure how many of you know of Daniel Tosh...the host of Tosh.O on comedy central but he's a huge dolphins fan. This last episode was hilarious....below is what he said...

"The best thing about this years Super Bowl is that the Jets aren't in it. The Jets are a lot like the Yankees, everyone hates them. Only they don't have good players, a winning tradition, or a coach who doesn't beat off every time a player gets their ankle taped"

GREAT STUFF!!

Screw ethics.....Can we go ahead and get Marino cloned already so we can stop having the QB conversation....I'll chip in on the cost!!

The Phinsider Gameplan?

Post game interview with Chad Henne....he stated they stayed with their game plan the entire game???? So let me understand this --- the game plan was to give Ronnie the ball 6 times on the opening drive....let him SHRED the Baltimore defense.....and then not give it to him again?

I'm no genius OC like Dan Henning but I'm thinking that game plan ..... ummmm....how do say......sucked!!

Like all Dolphins fans, I'm just frustrated by the game today......played very poorly. We simply lack the ability to beat any team of substance.

The Phinsider Help

I recently posted a fanshot requesting help as to where I could watch the Dolphins this weekend in Chennai. When I returned to my computer a few hours later, I saw a note stating I had received a warning about requesting illegal sites to watch the NFL. I came this close to getting black listed at hop sings -- (Seinfeld reference). To clear things up, I was curious if anyone knew where I could physically watch the game in Chennai -- some place that has DirecTV and might be broadcasting the games.....I apologize for any confusion.....

Thanks.

The Phinsider I was wrong.....

Have to admit I haven't been happier about being wrong. Had a conversation with some fellow phinsiders last week after the game against Buffalo. I stated that 15 wasn't going to cut it against Minnesota. Turns out, as we all know, 14 did the job. Just got back from the Dome....it was LOUD at times..but our defense did a fantastic job of keeping the crowd quiet....This defense is for REAL!!

The Phinsider Dolphins - Vikings

WIfe gave me tickets to the Dolphins/Vikings game on September 19th. I live in Colorado Springs. I've seen the Dolphins play the Broncos every time they've come out here -- but I've never been able to go out of state and see the Dolphins. The seats are Section 134, Row 1. Online these look to be very good tickets. Just wondering if there's anyone out there who can validate this?

Thanks.

The Phinsider Luck of the Dolphins

It's so tough being a Dolphins fan.....We've had a really up and down year -- that's for sure. A lot of people have spoken about the numerous "What If" situations the Dolphins had this year. For example, what if the Colts don't get the FG at the end of the half --- what if the refs had called the fumble through the endzone on the Saints interception --- etc...etc...

Here's another "What If" to add to the situation. The last two weeks the Dolphins could have made the playoffs. But of course, the last two weeks we had to face 2 teams fighting for playoff spots as well. Meanwhile, the Jets had to face 2 teams that are rolling over since they're already in. WHAT IF the roles were reversed?????

Just wondering....gives me something to do while we wait 8 months for more Miami Dolphins football.

The Phinsider Favre & Montana

What do Brett Favre and Joe Montana have in common?? Two of the best QB's in the history of the game both went down to the Miami Dolphins in the final games of their careers.

Miami beat KC in the 1994 playoffs with Joe Montana at the helm for KC --- and of course, Miami performed the greatest beatdown in their history by taking out the New York Bretts in the final game this season.

Just thought I'd share that piece of trivia.
