This was a great weekend, minus the loss. I drove all the way from North Carolina, where I go to school (10hrs), to Miami FL to see the Titans game. I found out where the Titans were staying and got to go to the hotel and met a lot of players. Chris Johnson told us he would sign autographs and take pictures when they got back from going out, but he was 30mins late for curfew and then told us he couldn't sign because he was late for curfew(kind of pissed about that)! Randy Moss walked by a few times but wouldn't even look at anyone another bummer. VY had so much security that there was no chance of getting near him that night. Now to the good stuff I did get to meet and get pictures with Alterraun Verner, Marc Mariani, Kenny Britt, Ahmard Hall, Bo Scaife, Will Witherspoon, Chris Hope, Vinny Fuller, David Thorton, and Frank Wycheck which was freaking awesome!!! And I got a ton of autographs! I would have to say Alterraun, Marc, and Kenny were the most personable guys I met, complete class acts! Marc Mariani was pretty funny because he seemed almost as excited as I was that I was asking for an autograph and picture. Kenny was a very chill person he wasn’t acting like he was a big shot or anything which was pretty cool of him because he is a big name player. And our boy ATV I didn’t really talk to him a whole lot but I let him know I read his blog on MCM he laughed and said he appreciated it. I wish I could of talked to him a little bit more because he seems like a very humble intelligent person and I actually play DB in college right now and it would be great to be able to chat a little bit about football with him but it was still a great day! If I knew how to add a picture I would but its not working right now.

The Titans opponents over the next 6 games allow 115.4 rush yards per game as an average for all 6 teams. This would make the our next six opponents rank on run defense 18th (which is like playing the broncos defense every week from here on out). CJ is averaging 124.2 yards per game on the season (unreal) but in the last 4 games with VY it has been 161.5 yards per game. We may also remember that the 49ers defense was ranked #2 when CJ faced them and he knocked them back four spots to #6. So if he can keep making teams rush defenses look four rankings worse than they are before they see him, he is basically facing the #22 run defense on avg from here on out. I like his chances! GO GET THAT RECORD CJ!!!!

Needless to say TitanFan2K was right!

 If you look at any QB in the NFL they are in a system that fits them best. It's like asking Peyton Manning to turn into a runner/scrambler, when you ask VY to be a pocket passer, that just isn't his style. If Fish and Dinger would realize VY is a great talent (might not be the answer to all the problems but still great talent) and pull their heads out of their asses and build the teams offense around him and CJ that could be great for this team. The Colts built there team around Manning the Saints also did with Brees, why are the Titans trying to do the opposite and build there QB around a certain offense? They aren't really giving him a chance to be successful. (Not looking for a big fight about this just wanting other opinions, I thought it seemed a little bit backwards)
