Music City Miracles QB and Staff

With Fisher gone, and it seems like VY is still on his way out, We have two huge holes to fill, plus the ones we already had. In terms of filling the QB and HC position who would you like see put in there? As for QB I've seen people wanting Palmer, Orton, Kolb and alot of other "vets". A name I saw in the Tennessean that intrigued me was Matt Flynn from GB. From what I saw of him in the NE game this year, he was extremely impressive. As Far as HC I have no idea who we should get here, and the same goes for DC. I wouldnt really care if we switched to 3-4 as this will be a rebuilding year anyway, so maybe bringing in Capers as HC/DC, or if we want to stay in a 4-3 Greg Williams. That being said, I would be really happy with an offensive coach as well, preferably from outside the organization, just so we can have a completely new start.

Music City Miracles Fisher, Young, Next Year

I'll start off by saying that I am being optimistic and I believe that the Titans can still make the playoffs because of all the division games coming up.... but for that to happen, Rusty will have to emerge as a fantastic starter... Now im done dreaming. I say both Fisher and Young should both go... I have been a supporter of both until this last game and I actually threw up, because I was so disgusted with the coaching, as well as Vince's reaction after the game was ridiculous. I am not sure when the best time for both of them to go is, but they both need to go. That being said, Id like to know who you all think should be the replacements, not only this year, but next year as well...  for this year i have no idea who can be the the HC, but Rusty is clearly the starting QB until the FO gets FA QB. As far as next year, I would like Harbaugh from Standford as a HC. As far as QB goes, Vick would be my first pick but odds are that he resigns with the Eagles. I have no idea otherwise because frankly i have no faith in any other prospects not named Luck, and of course we wont get that high of a pick (knock on wood). please comment and let me know what you think.

Music City Miracles Vincent Jackson an option...

I'd like to start off by saying the titan's game was the WORST offensive performance I have ever seen.... That being said, I think Fisher should have left Young in at quarterback.... He needs to learn from his mistakes, not get benched... That just crushes all confidence he had built up. Today's offensive performance also demonstrated something else....NO ONE is scared of our receivers and it effects our entire game plan. Part of this is because all of our receivers are unproven even though they have alot of potential (Britt). There is a quick fix to this problem... Vincent Jackson..... yes Jackson has some baggage, but he is a legitimate #1 receiver in the league and by drawing more coverage to him will open up things to other receivers and for CJ and the run game. We missed on Jackson a few years ago in the draft but here is our chance to redeem ourselves... What is your opinion? Any feedback is greatly appreciated

Music City Miracles Bodden and Marshall

We definitely need to sign another DE preferably one that is more productive(FA) and we can also pick up a DE in the draft and also we need to get LEIGH BODDEN as a shutdown corner opposite Finny and we will have an above average secondary because I believe hope and Griff will return to 08 form. Also I believe Brandon Marshall would be a great addition to this team it would allow Britt to be open more often and even Drops washington to open up. Marshall would take our offense to even the next level. trade picks not from this year but next year.

Comments would be appreciated

Music City Miracles Possible Future Titans

Looking into this teams future it is impossible to ignore the needs at CB, LB, and DE as well as a possible safety and another dt if we sign Tony Brown (lets keep our fingers crossed). But also I believe that we have a need at receiver. Sure Kenny Britt will turn out to be an excellent WR but lets face it Nate Washington drops too many passes, Justin Gage is a glorified number two WR at best and Lavelle is taking too long to develop. So what I propose the Titans do is in the third round draft Danario Alexander out of Mizzou. The kid is 6-5 has 4.5 speed which isnt electric but hes a bonafide deep threat every time he catches the ball. He reminds me of Vincent Jackson, who the titans almost took in a few drafts ago... and he led the nation in yards per game.

Here is a link to some of his highlights http://www.mutigers.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/alexander_danario00.html
