Watching SEC games online
As long as I've been reading, I don't recall anyone mentioning the fact that you can watch all of the previous games on the SEC's official site. Just select "SECVIDEO" up top, then "FULL GAMES" in the lower left.
You can also (theoretically) watch classic games, though all I see available right now are the '92 and '94 Bama-Florida matchups, which is still 50% awesome.
One of the reasons I think RBR separates itself from many other football blogs is the depth of knowledge about the game that a great many of its members possess. In that sense, a site like the SEC's which offers our games up for our review (and enjoyment), and allows us to watch the performance of our opponents to better gauge their abilities, would only add to the quality of our conversations and analysis.
This site is also a great boon to Bama fans scattered throughout the nether regions that lay outside Our Sweet Home. While it may not be live, at least you'll be able to actually watch that game you missed because you live in some godforsaken frozen cornfield where they figure the Minnesota-Youngstown State game is what people want to watch that Saturday.
Maybe everyone already knows about this, but if you didn't, enjoy!
LSU all of a sudden misses Nick Saban
"If we reach out to Saban would he be interested in coming back?"
GMAC for the Heisman??
Check out "The Heisman 5" box.

49ers OC Jimmy Raye on Glen Coffee
"It’s really, he has had an ability coming in, and maybe it was the style of offense or the system that he played in at Alabama, but he was very adaptable quickly. His word-association was very good, so he could paint the picture a lot quicker than most rookies can. The thing that was evident from him from the beginning that most college backs don’t have was he had an innate knack and ability to pass protect early on. The physical-ness of which he does it transcends the same way that he runs the football with the rugged style. So, his adaptability early on, for a rookie, has been exceptional. Now it’s going to step up in pace, the speed will get up another notch as the regular season starts, but I don’t think there will be any fall off from him."

I'm thinking maybe I should've picked him in my fantasy draft.
Nice USA Today article about Dreamland
I'm stuck living in Ohio these days. Imagine the nightmare of being surrounded by Buckeye fans. I swear I have never met a fanbase as delusional as they are about their team's supposed greatness, but I digress.
I do miss Alabama a lot, since they don't apparently know how to cook food up here, and this article reminds me of one of the things I miss the most:
Rib meat and greet at Alabama an absolute Dream
At least I can order it online.
