The Dream Shake NBA TV

First of all, NBA TV is a joke.  I, having cable, did not have the luxury of relaxing at home and watching the game.  But that's fine, gave me an excuse to go to a bar and enjoy my social life a little bit, no big deal.

After I walked into Buffalo Wild Wings and found out they didn't have NBA TV, I became a little pissed off, but after walking across the street to another bar and finding the game I was able to enjoy myself, so again no big deal.

The main problem was its atrocious coverage.  Was it just me or did the coverage seem a little biased to you?  All I know is I didn't see many replays of Rockets highlights, most of them were of the Blazers, usually shooting jump shots.  When I did get to see a replay of the Rockets it was generally when they fouled or were getting swatted by Aldridge.  Is a national broadcast on NBA TV supposed to be as slanted as it was?  I know the Rockets aren't the most entertaining team, but isn't Von Wafer's steal and dunk worth another look?  If they showed Brandon Roy's contested lay up that could have been a foul on Yao one more time I might have flipped out.  Seriously, when Aldridge picked up his fifth foul was it really necessary to show a play that happened 10 or so minutes ago?  Not to mention every time there was a close foul call or disputable play they showed some irrelevant highlight from before.  When I'm that vested in the current play I don't want to see a highlight of an Aldridge jumper, I was to see the foul call on Battier.   I just hope the Rockets are never on NBA TV again, because that was a disgrace to Rockets fans everywhere.

Kudos to the Blazers fans, your team won an important game for you and I don't want any excuse or lame bias to take that away from your team.  I just want a little love to the Rockets.  Good luck in Houston, the refs will be on our side for games 3 and 4.
