Tampa Bay isn't a myth, you've been vacationing here for years. Couple that with a sold out arena, a bandwagon that is picking up steam, a core of fans that support the Lightning through thick and thin and a team that has a plan.

McCabe trade rumors

TSN's Bob McKenzie reports via Twitter that McCabe isn't like to be asked back for next season by the Panthers.
"Hearing that Bryan McCabe would prefer not to leave FLA - he has NTC - but also hearing he's been told by FLA not likely to be back next yr."
and
"Whether that means McCabe is more likely to waive his NTC now than before remains to be seen. Lots of interest in him, I am told."

He's the head of SSE and it's a bit disgraceful to see the lack of thought beyond a "rah rah" here and there.

What's your favorite Panthers' Season Ticket Holder promotional item? These are things that ranged from pucks, plaques, clocks to jackets and beach chairs.
Full sheet of the 1996 Inaugural Playoff ticket - the actual ticket could be punched out of the center but many people kept them whole and the arena ticket takers just put a checkmark on the back.

Last Sunday, 2/6, I was invited to go to the Tampa Bay Lightning game vs the St. Louis Blues. When I arrived I noticed many things that were different, and better, than the fan experience the Panthers have been providing over the last few seasons. This post is a comparison of the differences and my thoughts on what the Panthers should provide to their fans.

Panthers beat the Wings 2-1 in OT, Stillman injured...
The Panthers claw their way to .500, beating the Detroit Red Wings in overtime on a McCabe goal. Stillman took a hit which injured his left knee and it is currently unknown how long he will be out.
