Revenge Is Sweet
I know most of you will think I am mad for saying this. But I have to say it. REVENGE IS SWEET. I also have to say thank you to the CHIEFS, RAIDERS, BENGALS and all other teams that eliminated the Chargers from the playoff.
Most of you will say that that is a cheap shot and that it is unbecoming of a colts fan. But I have to say to you the 2 years we did not play them in the playoff, we went to the superbowl, mind you I have only been following the colts and the nfl since 2007 so I do not know what happed before that.
Year in and year out I dread the chargers more then the patriots. For some odd reason they seem to have our number, we know from experience that the chargers, although a good team, are over rated. We see it year in and year out win their division due to the poor nature of the other teams in the division. Well luck has finally run and we now see their true colors.
After being humiliated this season and knocked out in the post season the last two times these two teams have met. It is nice to see their arrogant smile wiped out of their faces.
Finally to all charger fans you might read this post. I apologise for being rude towards your team but after having a sour taste in my mouth for the past couple of years. It is nice to tastes something sweet.

Time to step back and think for a minute
Recent Fan posts blaming certain players and how firing Caldwell and hiring Fisher would make the team better. Got me wondering, have we become spoilt as fans.
So we have lost to the patriots, it is not the end of the season. This is not 2008 season, we are in first place, even if we are tied. That is more then I can hope for, considering the situation we are in.
With a third of the starter out each week. This team continues to fight hard. That is what we as fans want to see.
I will be honest, I did not give us a chance in hell to win. But like I said they fought hard loosing in the end by only 3 points. So before we pick up pitch forks and torches to drive out the coachs and managers. Think about other fans are going through and then think about how lucky we are to have a great team like the COLTS.

08 Draft Looking Better Already
Over the course of last season, many readers, including me wondered if the 08 class was one of the worst drafts the colts have had. Now with three of them contributing on a regular basis, I must say I am very surprised.
Mind you the 07 draft class is looking like the worst we have had in ages, with only 2 players on the current active roster.
It looks like we had a better rookie free agency then a draft
I am just wondering. Has time finally cought up with the great Bill Polian
Could Johnson's New Contract = Trouble ?
With Wayne unhappy with his contract and all most holding out,Could Johnson's new contract mean that he could ask for more than he was planning to ask for.
It states on NFL.com that the Houston Chronicle and KRIV-TV reported that Johnson's extension had a maximum value of $38.5 million, including $13 million guaranteed.
Counting the five years and $35 million remaining on his current contract, Johnson's deal is worth $73.5 million over seven years -- an average of $10.5 million annually.
NFL In Canada
I currently live in the UK. As it is here we do not get a choice in terms of what game they broadcast. So here we were lucky to get four colts games during the regular season. Now in september I will be going to canada on a two year university degree. Considering I will be most likely be living in the dorms. Aside from from it on the play by play screen provided by NFL.com. is there anywhere else I can watch the games especially colts game which are the most important.
Although it will be pretty wierd, considering here in the UK the games do not start till 6 pm. So when I am there if I do get to watch then it will be almost at the same time
Kevin Curtis ?
Won't It be ironic if the colts pick up Curtis. I mean trading a bad WR for a OK one. I mean he will be there to provide depth. Meaning he will be low enough that if he goes down with injury he does not effect the team but if we loose a top receiver he is a good back up. We would be able to pick him up cause his history could scare teams away so that the colts could aquire him at a good price
