OK...I've read about all the problems we're having and all the theories on why we're having them, now I'm asking as a fellow blogger, to take a moment and just amuse me, mostly inform me, but also give me some hope again, and please tell me the positives about this team and its future. I'm so confused by the Cubs this year I can't seem to find the "light at the end of the tunnel" so to speak.
I would love to see this post just filled with all kinds of comments on the possibilities of why this team, as it stands, can break out of this snag and come out smiling. TJ, Itchy, and others (myself included) who are so sorely disappointed....I would love to know if you see any positives with our Cubs, and what that may be.
I know this post is lacking in the usual quality of posts/shots here, but my desire is to separate this post from the criticisms we've been making as of late and remind me why I had higher hopes in the off-season. Feel free not to comment, I'll assume you couldn't think of anything.
