I had the pleasure (read: obligation) to attend University of Northern Colorado's commencement ceremony this previous Saturday (5/8/2010)  The one bright spot of the day, the commencement address by Broncos Head Trainer Steve Antonopulos.  Mainly his speech was on teamwork and goals but there was one important gem I wanted to share.

Antonopulos shared a story from a recent team meeting, where Coach McDaniels' sat the team down in the film room and showed them video of the last Super Bowl.  The coach asked the team what set these two teams apart from the Broncos.  Antonopulos did not share any responces, but said that McDaniels' answer was "Team chemistry."

That quote shed some light for me on recent personnel decisions.  I just thought I would share.

Though I have been lurking a while and have said a couple comments, this is my first fan-post, so go easy on me...

I noticed during Friday's game that Moreno was wearing the number 27.  I am just curious to know if anyone else finds this distasteful and/or disrespectful to the memory of Darrent Williams.  I understand that the number is not retired, so technically, Moreno has every right to select that number.  Does this bother any one else?
