According to a tweet by Bernie Miklasz, via Joe Strauss. Cardinals are stepping it up for Matt Holliday. Deal would be Ludwick, Perez OR Motte OR Mclellan and Prospect. I guess this would be good. I would rather have Derosa but i dont make the deals. Giving up Luddy seems good right now, but i dont know about long term. I dont see the potential to sign Holliday for long term after this. But its better than what we have now. Here is the link to the Post Dispatch article.

Dear baby Santa,

I have been good all year. I kept the faith all year, even believing in the ghost of Mark Mulder, please honor my Christmas list this year.

I wanna.....

A power bat behind albert

a healed elbow for albert

MVP for albert

to keep skip! Skip for President!

for the return of edgar to saint louis

to resign Looper, Miles and Mr. Russ Springer

a trade for AK

and last but not least, i would like the return of the So man who was just released from the Phillies. Hey he has two rings!

latest post dispatch article.

About time someone starts to think smart. I do not understand why we are not using a viable option like Reyes for these starts. It is way better than bringing up rookies that arent ready. Parisi got rocked two times. Do you think he is sitting around right now thinking he is going to be a great starter now? Bring Anthony Back!

For Izzy.

I will not boo Jason Isringhausen. I will not be one of those fans that boo him when he is on, and cheer him when he is off. My grandmother taught me that if you have nothing good to say, then keep your mouth shut. I will not boo Jason Isringhausen. My frustrations, fears, scares and temper will sit in silence. Wether at home in the comfort of my chair or in the confines of my second home at Busch Stadium. I will not boo Jason Isringhausen. Izzy has brought too many great memories, too many great face offs and too many good saves to have me doubt him now. It might be a time for a change, it might just be a short term mental block, BUT I will not boo Jason Isringhausen. I, at 32, cannot possibly come into a 9th inning game and keep a lead to save my life. There is no way i can dictate better than TLR or DD as too who to put in that situation. Izzy is the reigning bullpen MVP right now and we live or die with Izzy. I will not boo Jason Isringhausen. To see him so upset, so miserable after last nights game i cannot help but wonder what he thinks when our beloved nation turn on him. I do not want to see a repeat of 2006 since when 75% of the fans in attendance that day decide to voice their concerns with boos. I will not boo Jason Isringhausen. Sit in silence, cry on your way home, scream at the bars, yell at work, do whatever. But please do not boo Jason Isringhausen. Dang it. Here's to Izzy figuring this thing out.
