Young memories of playing the Cadaco board game makes me appreciate what a more sophisticated game could be like today.  The Clasky family of Chicago created the GreatPlay! baseball game.  At $20. they aren't making money just sharing what makes baseball great.  When I was losing the spinning of the Cadaco game I always resorted to "Hey, lets go out and play whiffle ball". 

Can anyone put a date to this Cal/Giants game?

Living for a time in Berkeley I would enjoy going to the Cal Bear baseball games.  Besides seeing Bonds and Elway play there in college I remember when the Giants did a pre-season game against Cal.  What I most recall is Mike Sadek making the team laugh as his foul ball broke the window of the nearby athletic office building.  One can only imagine what Bonds would have done with Evans diamond in his prime.
