How was there supposed to be any consistency and leadership with all of these people on the shelf for weeks at a time.</p> <p>Remember when the discussion of hiring Parcells was bandied about? Why didn't they go and find someone, anyone that could lead this team. I remember hearing , "We don't need a coach , we have <a href="http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/1998/drew-brees" class="sbn-auto-link">Drew Brees</a>." Well we see how that worked out - the guy cracked under the tremendous pressure</p> <p>Who is making the call to go for a touchdown with less than a minute left in the first half -against the <a href="http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/san-francisco-49ers" class="sbn-auto-link">49ers</a> at home , up by 7?
