Music City Miracles Lets Vote: Who's would you choose in this situation? RGIII or Luck

With a offense with a lack of weapons such as the COLTS and the REDSKINS who would be the better pick? In your opinion who would strengthen either of the rosters from week 1?

This is based on if the Colts don't bring back Garcon or Gonzalez at wide out. And we already know that Reggie Wayne and Clark are gone. This would leave Colts with Austin Collie and Blair White considering they bring in some free agent help. They also have Tamme at TE and he has showed promise! Colts running back situation is very questionable!

Redskins are sitting with a decent RB situation with Helu and Torain. They wide out corps are Santana Moss, Gaffney, Stallworth, Armstrong, and Banks. Also Redskins are working on keeping Fred Davis as long term, and he is a beast at TE!

So there it is this should get interesting!

Music City Miracles Why Tagging Griffin was a smart move!

I love this article! http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1092431-tennessee-titans-franchise-tagging-michael-griffin-a-smart-move?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=tennessee-titans

Basically, Chad Minton is telling why the Titans made a great choice by keeping Micheal Griffin. He addressed a lot of areas that a lot of the Griffin haters failed to recognize, and this article shows why he is a key element of our team!

Glad Griffin is here to stay and I hope he retires a Titan! GO TITANS

Music City Miracles My intentions for the 2011 Titans

The smartest thing for us to do at the QB position is keep VY at least until his contract is up, this is to minimize paying him a lump sum of money while he plays for another team. No team is going to trade for VY when the team has already announced to release him anyway. Releasing VY is going to cost us more money than firing Jeff Fisher did. So how do you intent on bringing in good coaches and players and high draft picks through the draft if we are wasting money paying people to leave?

This is why I say keep VY as the starting QB, let Kerry Collins go because he’s not any form or fashion part of this teams future. Sign a new QB to at least start learning the play book along with whatever system the new coaching decide to bring it; then see if Jeff Fisher was really the reason VY had so many personal issues. If VY still has issues and doesn’t play well then don’t resign him the in 2011. This way we won’t have any ties left to him.

I like VY but at the same time I love my team and want them to do well, sometimes I’ve gotten very frustrated with what have went on as far as the organization goes; but when the smoke clears it all comes down to what works for this team and not what the fans want.

This is how I think our roster should look next year.

Listed starters through bottom of the roster:

QB- VY, Rusty Smith, Rookie QB (either 1st or 2nd round guy)

RB- Chris Johnson, Javon Ringer, Stafon Johnson (he’s still on the roster) along with Herb Donaldson but he can stay on practice squad.

FB- Arhmad Hall

TE- Jared Cook, Bo Scaife, Craig Stevens and maybe a Rookie TE (lower rounds)

I’m skipping O-line because that takes a lot more time to analyze (I would draft an Offensive linemen and also try to strengthen the position through free agency.)

WR- Kenny Britt, Randy Moss, Nate Washington, Damian Williams, Marc Mariani, Lavelle Hawkins (Hawkins uses by game basis)

DL- Jason Jones, Tony Brown, Sen'Derrick Marks, Jovan Haye (Unless Hayes contract is up then I would say let him go and draft a Rookie 2nd or 3th round)

DE- Derrick Morgan, Jason Babin, Jacob Ford, William Hayes, (Dave Ball if possible)

LB- Will Witherspoon, Stephen Tulloch, Gerald McRath, Tim Shaw, Colin Allred, (Then draft two LBs preferably One High and one mid round.)

CB- Cortland Finnegan, Alteran Verner, Jason McCourty, Draft one high round CB Preferably 3rd or 4th and if possible look for another late round)

S- Michael Griffin, Chris Hope (replace him soon as possible with one of the proven younger safeties) Vincent Fuller, Nick Schommer, Robert Johnson (Hoping either Schommer or Johnson replaces Hope.)

Return Men- Marc Mariani and Yamon Figurs (Preferably they take turns on Kickoffs, but Mariani runs all punts)

Kickers remain the same.  Rob Bironas, Brett Kern

To me this is the roster that will save us the most money, and allow us to see the potential of our new coaches. Good coaches could make this roster work!

Music City Miracles Don't start Kerry Collins for JAGS GAME!

I've been wathcing KC do lose games all year, so I'm not wasting my sunday watching him lose another! We have seen what KC can do there shouldn't have even been a battle for who's going to start this game! If Jeff Fisher cared anything about the future of this team he would have been allowing Vince Young all the time with the first team offense as possible! I'm a big VY fan but I know he's had his bad times along with his good, but I really want to see if he makes a difference with all the new guys on the offense! And people are crazy if they don't want to atleast see what VY can do with the new talent on the team! The season is already over anyway worst thing that could happen is you end up with the 1st pick of the draft!

Music City Miracles What's wrong with these Kerry Collins Lovers?

For one Collins is doing horrible! Kerry Collins has had more 3 and outs than completed passes! Yes the recievers are dropping a few passes, but what reciever in this league hasn't dropped a pass? Look at the amount of dropped passes versus the amount of passes that Collins has just throwed away for the hell of it?

The number is not even close, the recievers drop the same amount of  passes as anyother team. Is that the only thing that you have to use as an excuse that he's a good QB is that the recievers have dropped a few passes? What about the 3 fumbles and the 8 interceptions in only 6 games? Look at the amount of underthrown passes he has! The only passes I have seen him complete are the comeback routes and the passes to the RBs! It hurts my eyes to watch Collins at QB!

Vince Young had some problems with accuracy the past years but he did win games! He didn't have the weapons and playmakers of this year! I feel that he didn't do that well on the few chances that he came in this year was due to him coming in the game when the team was down by 30+ and also due to him not having a chance to work out with the starters to get him timing right with the recievers!

As for Collins he has no excuses, he's had all preseason and 6 games in to the regular season and still no kind of progress! You can't say oh he's thrown 8 ints but he did complete a nice pass across the middle one game! Get out of here! And the big thing is, Kerry Collins is 36 WHAT IF HE DECIDES TO RETIRE NEXT YEAR?

Jeff Fisher is not even caring about the future of this team he just thinking about his self and he's living in some bs fantansy world! Kerry Collins is not BRETT FARVE! Since when is putting an older QB in a way of saving your team? To me all that's doing is back tracking you suppose to be looking for a QB that is going to carry your team for the years to come so how is playing a QB that is 36 years old and has no mobility or a strong arm helping your team for the years to come?

As for the defense yes they're doing horrible, if you pay attention each game Collins is having more and more turnovers and 3 and outs; have anyone even thought that "hey maybe the defense is tired as hell from being on the field the entire game?" What happens do a person when they are fatigue? I'll tell you they get careless and can't think straight! Oh wait that's exactly what it looked like happened during the patriots game when collins threw for -7 yards, guys were running around like chickens with there heads cut off and I don't blame them they were tired as hell!

This is for the record: What does Kerry Collins bring to the offense to atleast spark the players? Nothing all he does is walk out and run the play he doesn't get upset when a pass is dropped he don't even say anything it's like he doesn't even care! From the looks of it he doesn't even mingle with the players on the team it's like he's just going with the flow so that he can keep getting a pay check! Atleast Vince Young gives the offense a spark he actually gets onto recievers for running bad routes and dropping passes! That is what an offense needs, If you could be a coach potatoe as a QB it would be Kerry Collins!
