ESPNEWS is reporting that according to an Altoona Mirror report current Penn State recruits have been told that a member of the current staff will replace Joe Pa when he retires.  I could not find any story confirming this on the Altoona Mirror website but it would definitely be interesting if true.  Initial thought though is why would this not have broken earlier if this is truly being told to recruits on a regular basis?
