Chris Simon 20 Card Set... why does this exist?
I figured you'd let the expletive pass in this case.
Chicago Cap Space
I was just crunching some numbers on CapGeek.com (using the same upper cap as this past year) adding in Toews, Kane, and Keith's new caphits.
Between 7 players (Huet, Hossa, Sharp, Toews, Kane, Campbell, and Keith) they have a 40.038 million all tied up over the next two years (30.513 after that sans Sharp and Huet). Throw the rest of the team that they have signed for next year and they are $4,667,874 over the cap (While only carrying the ten already signed forwards and five already signed defenseman and one goaltender). In sum, they're royally screwed.
Just thought I'd share; do something productive while in class.
