Cant fault the guy, after reading the story that had just come out recently about his family's living situation after Hurricane Rita. I was hoping he'd come back for unfinished business, but thats probably more me wanting him for next year's D.

The good news, on the other hand is speculation, but comes from a fairly credible source (same guy called the DWhite commit a couple days prior)

Apparently Jordan Hicks will be residing in a Burnt Orange house soon. Seems to me recruits would have to like the way the future looks with a more seasoned Gilbert and Muschamp's D. Hope Jeffcoat can follow suit and we can reload with the BEST DEFENSIVE RECRUITING CLASS OF ALL TIME!!!!111!  /slight exaggeration.

Darius White will take an official visit to UT for the Kansas game this weekend. I know a lot of folks had all but written him off, but it looks as if we are still in the thick of things with him.

Also scheduled to visit is Jackson Jeffcoat. This could turn out to be a very big recruiting weekend for us.

It is great to be closing down a recruiting cycle and actually having some positive news, for once! We have a great chance with Jeffcoat and Hicks, and now seem to be in the mix again for White. Mix this in with other various rumors going around the interwebs (Scotty Young, rumors of an OU decommit) and this could be a fantastic last couple months for our program, recruiting and otherwise.
