Injuries happen more than we'd like to think about. I would be surprised if Mitchell and Greene didn't pitch in the Show at some point.

Also, they were 10th in runs and 12th in OPS last year in the AL. They really sucked offensively.

How bad the infield offense is remains to be seen. Right now, Johnson and Solarte have two of the highest OPSs in the majors (I know it can't last).

The person Pineda looks to for comparison is Curt Schilling, who had the same surgery in 1995, not the people on the FanGraphs list.

The decline in Ks seems to correlate with a decline in velocity. Three years ago Robertson was at 96. Now he's at 91 or 92.
