Is Andre Miller good enough
I don't think that we are going to get Chris Paul, but does that mean that we shouldn't try and improve our point guard position. I've made a list of point guards.
1 Chris Paul NO, 2 D. Williams Utah, 3. R. Rondo Bos, 4. D Rose Chi, 5. T Evans Sac., 6. J. Wall Wash, 7. T Parker SA, 8 S. Nash Pho, 9. R Westbrook Oak, 10. C Billups Den, 11. S. Curry GS, 12. A Brooks Hou, 13. J. Nelson Orl, 14. D Harris NJ, 15. B Jennings Mil, 16. J Calderon Tor, 17. Mo Williams Clev, 18. G Hill SA, 19. B Davis LAC, 20. DJ Augustin Cha, 21. M Conley Mem.
So where does A. Miller fit on this list when it comes to who you want for the Blazers PG? The top 10 on this list are better fits, they're just better. Then in my opinion you could make a very good case that 11 - 21 would be better fits for the Blazers. Now would I want to give up a lot for a Mo Williams (or someone lower on this list)? No. Miller and Rudy would be all I would trade for those guys. Will the Blazers be able to get anyone on this list? Maybe not. I'm really not happy about having A. Miller as our PG though, considering all the better fits out there.
The Blazers Mash unit
Just a question here, but we have so many guys injured, does anyone have a guess on when they're all coming back.
Oden is most likely done for the season. So sad.
But what about Outlaw? (March or April) What about Batum? What about Mills? What about Rudy? Pendergraph? McMillian? (This is ridiculous, even our coach is hurt.)
It's getting to the point where we might just have to sign some scrub from the D-Leage. Maybe that D-Leager will lead us to the championship. Maybe they'll be the next Mario Ellie. (Remember him?)
