"To all the fans: loved seein Yall come late, love hearing Yall tell us we suck during the game, love that we have to play against our own fans too! SEC fans really?  This totally goes against everything ESPN has ever spoon fed me about the PASSION.

I'm planning to make the trip to Lincoln next year when the Buckeyes play the Huskers.  I'm looking for advice/help on the trip.  Where is the best place to stay?  What must I see?  Will I be able to buy tickets online?  My plan is to fly in Friday night and fly out on Sunday.  I'd like to stay as close to the stadium as possible but I'm not opposed to renting a car if I have to.

The Red & Black has a story today about how nearly half of the student tickets allocated for the Arkansas game went unused. Only 10,000 out of 18,000 student tickets were used for the September 18 game.

“We’re suffering as a program, as an institution,” McGarity said. “When we’re on TV and they show the stadium, there’s 5,000 or 6,000 empty seats — that’s embarrassing.”
