UPDATE: In another quarterback move, the Broncos signed free-agent quarterback Ingle Martin, formerly of the Green Bay Packers.

Apparently he never played in KC

Arrowhead Pride That should shut up the Critics

So Ive been checking AP almost hourly since the the Chiefs v. Vikings(Favres) and theres something missing. What could possibly be missing you ask?  The one thing that I dont see is a hundred Posts about Croyle taking Cassel's job, or anything about how this team is in freefall. I mean after the Texans game people wanted Cassel kicked out of town and of course all the WRs hand brick hands. I just find it humorous that when they give Matt a chance with a certain WR and all the 1st teamers for more than five passes the offense became more productive and we easily won the 1st half of the game. Maybe its just me but the best part of this week will be not having to read all the Posts calling Matty a scrub. Looks like the sky is the limit for this young team and Im pumped. Wow I can't believe I wrote all that without YELLING.

Arrowhead Pride The Crabtree Issue

Ok here goes first FanPost

So there I am at work, not working, checking AP excessiveley, and I start reading about the contract negotiations with the 49ers and M. Crabtree.  So he is thinking about sitting out this year and re-entering the draft in 2010, and i get to thinking What happens to the 49ers if he sits out? Do they get compensation picks next year? Now I know that in the MLB if you can't sign your 1st Rnd pick you get an extra 1st rounder next year, does the NFL do this? Then I start thinking, What would the Don do in this situation(probably wack the agent)? I guess the real question is will this do Crabtree any good? Would he even be a top ten pick next year? And to think I almost wished the chiefs would shock the world and pick him. Good thing I was wrong.
