I am Tim Luisi, a diehard Denver Broncos fan from Rapid City, South Dakota and have been since birth. I grew up watching Rod Smith (my favorite all time Bronco), Eddie Mac, Shannon Sharpe. Romo, Atwater, TD, and John Elway and count the Broncos first Superbowl victory as one of the top 10 memories of my life. I now attend Sterling College (a small school in Kansas) and cannot wait until B-Marsh, Eddie "Casino" Royale, Ryan Clady, Hillis, Champ, Doom, and whoever else McDaniels drafts this year win their first Superbowl (this year perhaps?) My ultimate dream after college is to be a reporter for the Denver Broncos.

As far as other sports go I am a huge fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Miami Heat, Duke Blue Devils, Detroit Tigers, and Colorado Avalanche.

Mile High Report JD Walton Signed

According to : http://blog.denverbroncos.com/denver...s-sign-walton/

The Denver Broncos have signed rookie Center JD Walton. As far as I am aware neither the terms nor length of the contract have been released yet, but I just thought I would give everyone the heads up. It's great to see him signed, as I believe he will be the anchor of our offensive live for the next 10-12 years and have loved all of the reports of him that have come out during the OTA's. Also, his signing shows great progress with the front office as they seem to be much farther along with the signing process than they were last year, hopefully ensuring that all of our draftees make it to camp this year with no holdouts. Kind of curious that we still haven't signed sixth rounder Eric Olsen, but hey this news makes me excited, how about you?

Edit: The contract information has just come in. 4 year deal with a total value of $2.58 million and a $798,500 signing bonus according to: https://twitter.com/RavensInsider/status/16417592353

Mile High Report Diehardbroncofan's first ever fanpost and mock

<!--StartFragment-->

Alright, this is my first ever fan post, and in the spirit of draftivus, my first ever mock draft. I didn’t project any trades because I didn’t know how to go about it realistically. I’d be very interested to hear what you guys would think if this draft went down. While I know it is extremely slanted towards the offense, I feel as if that is the side of the ball that needs the most work. I would love to add a player to the D-line, but with those coming back from last year (McBean, Thomas, Fields, etc.) along with the newcomers from free agency, I just don’t know if we have the room.

With that being said, let’s look at the mock after the jump:

<!--EndFragment-->

<!--StartFragment-->

1st- 11th overall- Sean Weatherspoon- LB- Missouri 6-1 1/4th 239

- Our linebacking core with DJ Williams, Elvis Dumervil, Robert Ayers, and now Sean Weatherspoon just became elite. He will not be a liability in coverage and will be able to play all three downs. Also, we gain the vocal leader to take Brian Dawkin’s place once he retires, ensuring fiery leadership for years to come. It’s possible we could trade back and take him later, but if no good partner emerges, I think that the Broncos will pull the trigger on Spoon at 11.

2nd- 43rd overall- Damian Williams- WR- USC 6-0 5/8th 197

- A wide receiver that will help to make up for the loss of Brandon Marshall and one that comes without any of the character issues. His scouting report claims that he is a “classic possession receiver”, which is something we definitely could use after the loss of Marshall. I believe he will be the target here, but if Aurellious Benn is still on the board, he more than likely will be the pick.

2nd- 45th overall- Toby Gerhardt- RB- Stanford 6-0 231

- A combination of Gerhardt, Moreno, and Buckhalter should make for an almost unstoppable running attack. Gerhardt just seems like a McDaniels player and should lessen the toll on Moreno’s body, taking over the short yardage duties, and allowing him to run more outside.

3rd- 80th overall- Matt Tennant- C- Boston College 6-4 5/8th, 300

-From his scouting report: “Hard worker, leader, a lot of experience against top competition, tough, competitive, plays with a now nasty demeanor”. Sounds exactly like what McDaniels looks for in a player, especially one in the trenches. Now we have our Center; while not as good as Pouncey, he should be a nice consolation prize.

4th- 114th overall- Mike Johnson- OG- Alabama- 6-5 1/4th, 312

- Supposed to be the leader of a great Alabama rushing game. Supposedly high intelligence; once again seems like a natural fit and adds great depth to the team now and a potential starter down the road.

5th-137th overall- Armanti Edwards- QB/WR- Appalachian State 5-10 7/8th 187

- Adds to the Wide Receiving corps as well as giving the Broncos some added versatility.  Could excel in the wild horses formation and as a deep option. Gives the Broncos another playmaker and could be useful on special teams.

6th- 183rd overall- Joe Hawley- G/C- UNLV 6-3 1/4th 297

- Adds more depth to an o-line that desperately needs it and his versatility should make him a valuable asset to the offensive line.

Alright Bronco fans, how would you feel if this is how it turned out?
