One fanpost says we should go after the released Fred Taylor. But what we need as a number two back, is the bruiser, Brandon Jacobs type. The back who can pick up that 3rd and short, what everyone on this site complained about that Michael Robinson couldn't do.

Well McAllister is certainly that running back and more. The only question is would he be satisfied as a number two?

I don't understand this. Unless Coach Sing thinks we have what it takes to get to the playoffs and make a serious push this year, what good is Garcia?

I was just watching SportsCenter and there was some breaking news on the Tim Donaghy scandal. According to Donaghy, the NBA told some referees not to eject the "star" players in the 2002 playoffs and they also ordered some refs to make sure there was a game seven of the Western Conference Finals.

Now this is just what a lying felon has to say about the NBA but if this is true then here's my reaction: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKK!!!

I knew that series was ours and we should and would have gone on to beat the Nets. More details still to come about this story.

ESPN Blowing Out of Their Ass

On ESPNNews' The Hotlist, anchorman Fred Hickman went through today's NBA stories, the last one being about Ron Artest. Hickman gave a quote from Artest saying, "This season is a failure for not making the playoffs." Hickman then raised his eyebrows and looked into the camera, like here we go again with this insane nutter. But what is Ron supposed to say? That this season was fun and a great time and the team was very successful in getting the eleventh spot in the west on 33 wins? I saw Ron say this live after the game last night while talking to Grant and Jerry, and there was no malice involved. He even praised the coaching staff for dealing with all of the injury situations this year. And honestly, Kobe would be saying much worse had the Lakers not been in the playoff hunt, as would every superstar in the league (I'm not saying that Ron is a superstar, but his talents are at a superstar level). When are all the ass-holes at ESPN going to stop giving Ron shit (and yes a subtle eyebrow raise is considered giving Ron shit in my opinion) and start to see the good things this guy does for the team?

Yi In Sacto

According to the Bee, one of Yi's cities that he would like to play in is Sacramento. Gavin Maloof didn't comment and neither did Yi's agent, but that isn't important right now. YI WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IN SACRAMENTO. All those jokes that we made for a trade to happen in which we would get Yi seem possible. However, this can only happen if Milwaukee is willing to trade Yi, which as of right now they are not.
